Carpe Diem Concierge Services provides optimum event options to touring personnel.  We provide activities worldwide with very minimal notice. CDCS does not advertise personal concierge services to the general public as this option is exclusive and by invitation only.

Touring personnel have specialized needs.  Some artists request that we schedule on-site certified nannies on a venue-by-venue basis to improve quality time when family drops in on the tour.  Many times the touring members need a break and one telephone call can result in a private movie screening, a day at a water park or tickets to a professional sporting event.

Our VIP clients send over their existing travel schedule via e-mail. We research your time off by the date and city specific to your itinerary.  Usually within 48 hours, we return a customized list of options that allow for the best possible use of your leisure time direct to your e-mail address.

A large percentage of our requests are for golf at the many TPC'S, Nicklaus Courses and private equity courses worldwide.  Cigar bars, upscale clubs and dining run a close second in popularity.  These arrangements can make all the difference in the quality of your minimal leisure time on a full working schedule.
